Adopt a Tree

28th November 2017

To celebrate National Tree week, we are offering you the chance to give a tree a home.

Trees are important to us in many different ways. They clean our air & water, they provide us with buildings materials, food & fuel and provide habitats for wildlife. Also research has shown that spending time in a setting with trees is good for people’s well-being and health.

We have tree saplings from the Woodland Trust to give away to a good home. If you have somewhere to plant a tree and can offer it the care & nurture it will need to grow then please come and adopt one.

You can collect your tree after school on Friday 1st December outside the Lodge. The trees will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please take a photo of you planting it & email it to the school email address or even print your picture out and bring it in.

We look forward to seeing lots of you on Friday.
